Betty Crocker Fun-Da-Middles How To and Review

I receive a lot of free samples.  I am trying to get better and actually review some of them!  Well awhile back I received a free sample of Betty Crocker's Fun-Da-Middles.  Now you know how a lot of places when they send you a sample it is a teeny little thing you can't really even use.  Not this.  They sent a whole box.  I knew I had to do a review.  What an awesome thing for a company to do!  Anyway these are so good.  They taste amazing and it is so funny if you don't tell anyone what they are first and they bite into them the look on their face is priceless!  They are easy to make and taste amazing!  I took pictures so I can do a step by step of how easy they are to make!  Just a warning I may or may not have taken way too many pictures. :)  Steps below are from the back of the box.  All the pictures are ones I took.  I did not get paid to write this I just wanted to share. :)

Ingredients you will need:
Handy dandy box pictured above (well the contents not the box) :)
3/4 cup water
2 eggs
1/3 c oil
12 paper baking cups (I did not have these) slacker I know!

Heat oven to 350 degrees.  Place paper baking cups in 12 regular size muffin cups.  I didn't have any muffin cups so I just sprayed cooking spray in the muffin pan.

Beat cupcake mix, water, oil and eggs on low speed for 30 seconds, then on medium speed 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally.

Fill each cup approximately 1/3 of the way full with batter (about 2 T) making sure batter completely covers the bottom.  Reserve remaining batter.

Squeeze filling pouch 20 times.  (no I did not count lol)

Cut off corner of pouch at the cut line.

Squeeze a small "equal" amount in the center of each (use all filling) making sure the filling does not touch sides.

"Evenly" distribute the remaining batter among the 12 cupcakes, making sure the filling is completely covered.

Bake for 24 to 29 minutes or until tops are light golden brown.  Filling will be hot (ty captain obvious) Cool 20 minutes* and remove from pan.

ENJOY!!! yum yum yum

*Disclaimer: I do not follow rules very well and took one of them out right away.  I did not let it cool and I can tell you from experience the filling is hot. :)  What can I say I am a rebel.  Please follow all directions. hehe :)
